Standard requirements for marking high pressure wire wound hose
8.1 Hose
Hoses that meet the requirements of this standard shall be marked every 760mm with at least the following information:
a) Name or identifier of the manufacturer, such as MAN;
b) The number of this standard, such as GB/T10544-2013
c) Type, for example, 4SP
d) nominal inner diameter, such as 10;
e) Large working pressure, the unit is mpa, such as 44.5Mpa;
f) The last two digits of the manufacturing quarter and year number, such as 2Q09 (other date coding methods are acceptable as long as it is easy for users to understand, such as the month and date of manufacture).
Example: MAN/GB/Mpa T10544 2013/4 sp / 10/44.5/2 q09.
8.2 Hose Assembly
Hose assemblies that meet the requirements of this standard shall be marked with at least the following information;
a) Name or logo of the manufacturer, e.g. MAN;
b) Large working pressure of assemblies with unit "MPa", such as 44.5Mpa;
c) The two-digit number of the month, the slash line, and the two-digit number of the year, such as 02/09 (month, date and other coding methods are acceptable as long as it is easy for the user to understand).
For example, MAN/44.5Mpa/02/09.
