High-pressure hose production technology:

1. Failure of external rubber layer:

(1) There are cracks on the outer table of the hose

The bulge on the outer surface of the hose is caused by the unqualified quality of hose production or improper use during work.

(3) The high pressure hose did not break, but the oil penetrated a lot

There was a lot of oil in the hose, but no break was found. The reason is that when the hose passes through the high pressure oil flow, the inner bridge is eroded, scraped, and penetrated into the wire layer in a large area.

(4) The rubber layer outside the hose is seriously deteriorated, and there are micro cracks on the surface, which is the performance of natural aging of the hose. Due to aging deterioration, the outer layer is constantly oxidized, the surface is covered with ozone layer, and becomes thicker with the passage of time. The hose is gently bent in use, and there may be small cracks. When this happens, the hose needs to be replaced.

2. Failure of the rubber layer inside the high-pressure hose:

(1) The rubber layer in the hose is hard and cracked. The main reason is to add plasticizers to rubber products to make the hose flexible and plastic. However, if the hose overheats, the plasticizer may spill.

(2) The rubber layer inside the hose is seriously deteriorated and obviously expanded. The rubber layer in the hose is seriously deteriorated. The reason for the obvious expansion is that the rubber material in the hose is incompatible with the hydraulic system oil, and the hose is deteriorated by chemical action. 3. 5. To sum up, through the above analysis, the following matters should be paid attention to when using high pressure hose in the future:

(1) The hose layout should be as far away from the engine exhaust pipe as possible from the heat source. If necessary, equipment such as a sleeve or protective screen can be used to prevent the hose from deteriorating into heat.

(2) When the hose needs to cross or work, protective devices such as hose clamps or springs should be applied where friction may occur on the mechanical surface to prevent damage to the outside of the hose.

(3) When the high pressure hose needs to be bent, the bending radius can not be too small, must be more than 9 times the outer diameter. There must be a straight line section 2 times larger than the outside diameter of the pipe where the hose and connector are connected.

(4) Installation of high pressure hose can not be pulled tight, even if there is no relative movement at both ends of the hose, but also to keep the hose loose. The tensioned hose expands under pressure and loses strength.

(5) Do not twist the hose during installation. By twisting the hose a little, the strength will be reduced and the joint will loosen, and assemble by tightening the hose to the hose, not the hose to the joint.

(6) If the hose is composed of major components, it is recommended to check or replace it regularly.
